SHIPPING POLICY

 

LashOrder processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 24-48hrs. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

 

LOST, STOLEN, & MISSING ORDERS

 

Once a shipment leaves the LashOrder warehouse, we are no longer responsible for it. Contact USPS in the case of a lost, stolen, or missing order. They will have the most updated information on the whereabouts of your package.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

 

In the rare occurrence that a product becomes unavailable or is no longer in stock, LashOrder will ship remaining items ordered and contact customer on receiving a refund or exchange.

 

RETURNS

 

In the event that you unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened, damaged, or defective products within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Email support@lashorder.com regarding any questions about shipping & returns.
